* Five-course Wine Dinner (extra charge) Five delicious courses paired with wines from around the world to compliment. Wine dinners are $125.00/person in a dining car and $155.00/person in Vista Dome. Wine Dinner and Murder Mystery are not valid for 2 for 1 dinner special.

Please note that our tables seat parties of 4. When seated with another couple, you and your guest will be seated on the same side of the table. Larger groups will be seated at adjacent tables.

Beginnings:

•Enjoy a cocktail or glass of wine from the
private cash bar, and wander out on one of our open cars as
the train enters the Royal Gorge.

•Shortly after departure, a chilled Summer Greens Salad will be served with our "House" Italian vinaigrette Dressing and Fresh Baked Breads

Choice of Entree:

•Roast Prime Rib of Angus Beef - A generous 14-16 ounce cut served with deliciouys garlic mashed potatoes and fresh julliane vegetables.

•Fresh Salmon with a pesto sauce and served with Herbed Wild Rice Blend and fresh vegetables.
